Capacity: Limited to 15 Museum Members
*OPEN TO MUSEUM MEMBERS ONLY*
Retired marine biology professor, Dr. William Wardle, has crafted sailing ship models for over 50 years. He recently created a model of Spanish explorer Cabeza de Vaca’s survival raft (circa 1528) in order to solve two mysteries about the boat’s construction. Dr. Wardle generously donated the raft to The Bryan Museum!
Join us at the Galveston home of Dr. Wardle to learn about his journey with the 1528 raft, see the model, and get up close with other vessels he has created over the years!
This exclusive tour is limited to 15 members of The Bryan Museum. RSVP Today!
